Currently, we are hybrid remote with 2 days in our office in Candia, NH and 3 days work home.
As a result, all candidates must have a private space in their home with adequate internet and computer set up.
The Client Care representative in our banking department is responsible for providing excellent care and service for our growing and current client base.
This position also includes working with out client's payment plans and processing settlements to creditors.
It requires strong math skills and a knack for problem solving.
Several hours a day are spent working on client tasks as well as answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to current clients.
This is not a sales position of any kind.
The office is a casual environment that focuses on positivity and caring.
We are looking for someone with stellar customer support skills who can become a part of our growing firm.
Additional qualifications include - proficiency in Microsoft products, timely and reliable, pleasant phone voice, professional email skills, self-learning and ambitious.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
